Are your products in stock?
Most of our products are custom-made to suit your individual needs. For this reason, most products are not held in-stock, but made-to-order. An exception is our outdoor furniture collection, with good stocks held for the warmer months.

Are all Transforma products and brands available for online purchase?
Our complex products such as modular lounge suites, and some dining tables are not available for online order. Many of our less complex products are, however, available to buy from our website.

Where are your stores located?
Our physical store is located just outside the Adelaide CBD, in Norwood. Some brands are available for viewing in affiliated showrooms interstate and overseas - contact us for details

Can I lay-by a product?
We are happy to organise a lay-by payment program for you to suit your needs.

Am I able to customize your products to suit my requirements?
Many of our products are custom-made to suit your requirements. Your Transforma Design Consultant will be pleased to guide you through this process.

Do you offer free installation?
Our installation service is available to our clients located in the Adelaide metropolitan area. This white-glove service is a chargeable service. Your furniture is expertly installed by our experienced and professional installers. Careful and thoughtful furniture positioning, and of course packaging removal is just part of the service.

Where are your products made?
Our brand partners are primarily from Germany and Italy, with full design and production located in these countries. Our own Transforma collection is hand-made in Adelaide, South Australia

Do you use solid veneered or solid timber?
Both! We love solid timber, and use it whenever we can. However, certain features or products are best suited to fine timber veneer, and we use veneers in these situations. This is not a cost-saving measure. Many people are surprised to hear that our veneers are usually more expensive than equivalent quality solid timber!

Should I have the fabric on my new furniture treated with fabric protection "Scotch-guarding"?
In short, No. Your Transforma Design Consultant can provide additional guidance on this issue, but as a general rule you should not have any additional "fabric protection" added to a fabric we provide. Our fabrics are designed from the yarn to resist staining, with most stains being removable by spot cleaning or professional cleaning. Fabric protection treatments will change the feel of your fabric, and may cause damage.

How do I know if a piece of furniture is right for my home?
We highly recommend you take advantage of our in-home styling service. We'll visit your home to learn about your space, and how you use it. Learn more about our in-home styling service here.

What type of mattresses can I buy from Transforma?
We specialise in European sleep systems. These are without question the most comfortable and supportive beds available today. Learn more on our sleep system page.

Do you match pricing?
Yes. We match pricing on an identical, like-for-like basis. 

Do you offer a furniture removal / relocation service?
We are proud that many of our clients only trust Transforma to move their furniture when they move home. Please contact us for a quote if you would like to make use of our furniture removal service. Please note that this service is limited only to furniture purchased from Transforma.

Can you take away my old furniture?
We can, for a fee, remove your old furniture from your home on delivery of your new furniture. Many customers ask us to remove and discard of their old bed, for example.
