Lisa-Marie Tieppo - Designer

Lisa-Marie is a talented Designer. Her passion for design has been a life-long journey, beginning professionally with her qualification in fashion design, and a number of years working in the fashion industry. 

Ultimately Lisa-Marie transitioned to the Interior Design industry, and has very successfully transferred her skills and passion to this industry, working on both large and small residential projects.

Nicola Carsiotis - Designer / Business Development Manager

Nicola is a key member of our design team, and is also responsible for looking after our trade clients. She is qualified with a Bachelor of Architecture which gives her a keen technical understanding of design and construction.

Eduardo Sanz - Designer

Eduardo is a creative, thoughtful and practical designer. He is qualified with a Bachelor of Interior Architecture, and has a particular interest in furniture design.

Rebecca Wood - Design Director

Rebecca is our Design Director, and is ultimately responsible for the presentation of our product collection at Transforma.

Rebecca has worked in design for the past nine years, but she also values her previous working life in education as being important today in her daily dealings with her clients. She finds that the design process really comes down to understanding and then educating her customers about the best solution for their situation.

Nick Barlow - Installation Manager

Nick is a long-standing team member at Transforma, and a vital part of delivering our customer promise. 

Nick is in responsible for customer installations at Transforma, and as well as many years experience in the industry, has been trained to an expert level for complex installations by our brand partners in Germany.

Melissa Taylor - Accounts Manager

Melissa is the Accounts Manager at Transforma, with experience in the accounting industry spanning more than 10 years.

Tim Wood - Managing Director

Tim is our Managing Director, and the second generation of the Wood family to lead Transforma. 

The most rewarding part of Tim's work is his hands-on furniture design work: "There's something so special about seeing what was once just an idea in my mind becoming a loved and used piece of furniture in the homes of hundreds of our clients", says Tim.
